“Developing authentic relational being in yourself, your family and your community through love, trust, faith and humility”
Dialogue is essential to make to make this happen
Our story consists of numerous elements:
“To be is to be relational”
An expression we learned from Ken Gergen. Human Beings live in relation and develop in relation. What is essential in human life occurs between people, as we are ‘conversational beings.’
‘Self as contextual and dialogical”
An expression we derive from Hubert Hermans’ view on the Dialogical Self. Humans are a dynamic multiplicity of possible ‘I s’ in the landscape of the mind, developed over time through relations and in context in external and internal dialogues.
“Personal leadership as developing a clear sense of direction”
An expression derived from my own work on Dialogical Leadership. Human beings might use different sources to explore their capabilities in this domain, such as your body, your intuition, and rationality. All three can be legitimate sources for developing true and authentic knowledge.
“Happiness as being authentic, effective. and ethical.”
An expression we derived from Gill Hickman’s view on leadership. In a continuous journey of reflecting and acting, human beings might experience sustainable levels of effectiveness, authenticity, and ethicalness.
Our vision can be formulated as:
“Each human being is by birth gifted of developing from a sense of direction towards a clear purpose by using bodily, rational and intuitive powers of being human.”
Dialogue can facilitate an exploration of your possibilities.
